Black Dirt Distillery, formed in 2012, is the first micro-distillery in New York State. It produces a variety of spirits, including the renowned Black Dirt Bourbon and Black Dirt Apple Jack, using locally sourced ingredients.

My husband and I did the spirits tasting and it was amazing!!! The woman was very helpful and had a strong background and knowledge of the spirits. Great scenery and there is even food if you get hungry! Will definitely do again!
